Denmark Community Resource Centre

The Denmark CRC is a local community centre equipped with modern computers/Imacs and IT facilities. CRC’s are independent incorporated bodies owned by the communities in which they operate.
Denmark CRC provides services  which stimulate the creative use of telecommunications and computer technology for information access, education, employment, training and business enterprise.

WestNet Agency

Denmark CRC is a premium agent for WestNet, Australia’s number Internet Service Provider for customer service. See the WestNet page for more details.

Centrelink Agency

Denmark CRC is an agent for Albany CentreLink and works closely with Job Network agencies.

Training

The Denmark CRC is well equipped for computer and internet training. Training courses have been available at the Community Resource Centre since 1995. We have a particular focus on providing training for youth, seniors and people on low incomes.

We have been involved for several years in delivering training . The PC and Imac For Beginners computer literacy program provides cheap training for rural residents to learn computer and internet basics. The intermediate classes are for those students who have completed the beginners course or who have had previous computer/internet training.

Media Services

The Denmark CRC provides a number of media related services including, Video Conferencing, Media transfers ie VHS to DVD, Cassette to CD and Vinyl to CD. We have the latest Imac computers with both Windows and Mac Operating Systems. Wireless internet access for those who would like to use there laptop and wide format photo and canvas printing.
